16 Nov Biospringer at China International Condiment & Food-additives Expo
Biospringer China team conducted a successful 2018 International Condiment & Food-additives Expo in Guangzhou China. The event was on 16th to 18th October 2018.
We showcased various food applications, in order to illustrate what we are saying about Yeast Extract – it is a natural* solution that improves taste, especially in the solutions for sauce and seasoning.
Our Culinary Center Manager in China, Jane was inspired to prepare local recipes :
- Hot & sour soup with Spinger® 2006, contribute umami taste and bring roundness mouthfeel & long tasting flavor,
- Beef flavor petit pois with Springer® 0402, contribute rounded mouthfeel and reinforce body overall taste,
- Soy sauce with Spinger® 2006 & Springer®6008, contribute umami taste, reduce salty taste, and enrich soy sauce flavor.
