Build Your Taste Customer Seminar Indonesia

Biospringer Asia Pacific team conducted a successful full day seminar in Indonesia together with our distributor, PT Pulau Jaya Mandiri . The event was on the 25th of April 2019, in Jakarta.

The seminar themed BUILD YOUR TASTE, and was dedicated to 60 of our local customers. It is an essential opportunity for us to share with them our food industry know-how, and to interact on their needs and vision.

Our culinary center food technologist, Vicky Tio, prepared unique recipes inspired by regional taste  while Jane Wang, culinary center manager, led the sensory tasting session with the attendees:

>  a Japanese sesame salad dressing with fresh cucumber sticks and an all-time favourite crispy chicken potato chips with Springalys® D201,

> a Malaysian Curry laksa and Singapore “chili crab sauce” with fried mantou, and Springer® 1405,

> a Cheddar cheese dipping sauce with Nacho chips and Cheddar cheese chips, with our Springer® Signature Cheese.

Other topics were covered in this seminar, like “what is exactly yeast extract” and “the origin and technical innovation of Springer® Signature Cheese” by Ma Juan, our Pilot Plant Manager. Also, a sharing session on Indonesia consumers and market trends by Idy Chua- our Marketing Executive in APAC.

It was certainly an interactive seminar bustling with engagements. We hope that everyone enjoyed the day as much as we do !
