From November 13 to 15, 2018, Biospringer was at the Flavorcon Exhibition, with its experts Heidi GEISENHOFF – North America Culinary Center Manager, Karine SERRANO – Key Account Manager, Antoine THOMAS – Flavor Development Manager, and Courtney CIOLL – Regional Sales Manager. They presented Springer® Mask 101, our new fermentation-based ingredient for taste modulation that makes it easy to mask unwanted flavor notes in beverage and food – a natural solution that is vegan suitable.For this use, the visitors at our booth were able to taste this product, in two sugar free beverages sweetened with Stevia: a Sweet Iced Tea and a Cherry Flavored Beverage. What a success !
