Webinar: Health and Wellness in Asia Pacific

Our two local experts, Bee Chen Lim Biospringer Asia Pacific Product Manager, and Kevin Lwe, Biospringer Asia Pacific Culinary Centre Manager, presented a 20-minutes webinar on Health and Wellness.

They discussed the trends driving Health & Wellness, namely Reductionism and Naturalism. While Naturalism focuses on the demand for clean labels and natural ingredients, Reductionism refers to consumers’ efforts to avoid or reduce the consumption of unhealthy ingredients such as sugar, fat, and salt. This presentation focused on Reductionism.

Asia Pacific consumers are looking for healthier alternatives
