Esther de Graaf-Groenedijk, Director of the Food Business Line, shared her insights on the significance of this change:

The big reveal is really about how we want to present ourselves to the market and to the broader food space. Our tagline, ‘we are Food Lovers,’ is truly about our passion for food. Food is not static, it is always in transition, in movement, in transformation. That is really what we want to express through our new logo.

Our rebranding marks more than just a visual transformation—it encapsulates our philosophy. Food is dynamic, ever-changing, and full of possibility. This evolution also honors our rich heritage, as the merger of three renowned companies brings together decades of expertise, innovation, and a shared vision for the future of food.

A key highlight of our participation at Fi Europe was the introduction of Springer Signature Seafood 101, a revolutionary ingredient developed through natural fermentation. As seafood products become more popular, food manufacturers are challenged to replicate and improve the authentic taste and aroma of seafood—without relying on marine resources.
