Biospringer by Lesaffre acquires selected IP and technology of PTX Food

Biospringer by Lesaffre, a global player in fermentation and microorganism-solutions, announces the acquisition of selected intellectual property and technology of PTX Food Corp, a company specialized in bacteria fermentation. With this acquisition, Biospringer accelerates growth in the food ingredients scope beyond yeast fermentation.

PTX Food Corp. was an American food ingredient manufacturer specializing in bacteria fermentation products. The acquisition includes selected assets related to the Bioenhance product line.
